The bilingual brain


karl kim Korean citizenship. He immigrated to the United states and he graduate student in the lab of Joy Hirsch. Kim and Hirsch studied what part of brain people use when they speak the first language and the second language. After a long and complex studies they found that children and adults use the same parts of the brain when they speaking the first language however, they do not use the same part of brain when they speak the second language. there are several possibilities of using the brain parts. one of them is the children use tow parts of brain when they want speak the second language, and the other one is children may acquire languages differently as children than we do as adults.
